ABT has tuned a lot of cars in these past years but has never given the attention needed to the RS Audi Models, but that doesn’t mean they forgot about them, but maybe we weren’t prepared for such a boost yet and they thought they should wait more until the release.
Although they truly amazed us with the New ABT RS7-R made out the RS7 Sportback.
ABT has ultimately turned its attention to the RS7 Sportback. The ABT RS7-R adapts the already known beast into a monster sports car thanks to a healthy increase in performance, extra carbon fiber body parts, and a unique wrap.
The ABT RS7-R is narrowed to just 125 models. At the core of the kit is a power increase. The ABT Power R kit increases output from 600 hp and 800 Nm of torque, up to 740 hp and 920 Nm of torque. There is a short description as to how the increase is gained but it should be reassuring to learn that the improvements come with a 2-year warranty.
The suspension also gets a set of changes. Clients have two choices. A set of ABT Coilover suspension springs that come with a height-adjustable front and rear axle. A set of sports anti-roll bars are an additional offer made out of high-tensile steel with forged ends.
The ABT face grille support add-on and front lip add-on are brand-new. All of these combined with an ABT rear spoiler and rear skirt add-on.
Additional optional extras such as an extended interior kit or the optionally already available 22-inch ABT HR Aero rims can be located in the ABT Configurator.
The model in the photos goes to Daniel Abt, the founder’s son and current Formula E drive. It’s called the ALLTHEWAYABT RS7-R, decorated with a special orange-colored wrap. They link with a decorated set of brake calipers and a set of 22-inch HR wheels which are choices for any other RS7-R.
Within, ABT is able to offer a comprehensive set of interior enhancements with ABT leather and carbon fiber possible for the steering wheel. This ABT RS7 also gets a new front and rear seat set.
If you desire something less brutal than this you can also choose the lower-power kit that still has a whopping amount of 700 Horsepower but is more subtle than the high-performance model making it look more like a sleeper more than an ABT Tuned vehicle that can wreck almost anything on the road in the famous quarter-mile.
