Ferrari’s 12Cilindri is not exactly subtle in factory form, yet Mansory still found room to push it much further. The result is called the Nero Ventos, a heavily reworked take on the V12 coupe that trades restraint for forged carbon fiber and a much darker attitude. Only three examples will be built, which says a lot on its own.

Performance comes first here, or almost first. This ride left the factory with raw power, but the tuner wanted to spice things up and added some extra juice. This means that now, the 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine is capable of 843 horsepower and 730 Nm of torque. The power upgrade might not be that significant; however, it does count when running the 0 to 100 km/h sprint. In this case, it manages to run the whole straight line in 2.8 seconds, which is not that bad.

From a visual standpoint, Mansory describes the car as Nero Ventos, or “Black Winds,” and the finish suits the name. The body is wrapped in extensive forged carbon fiber and finished in matte black, giving the car a far more severe look than the original.

There is a new front splitter in town, along with an upgraded bumper, adding as well carbon fiber on front pillars and fenders, and side skirts. Heading towards the rear, the specialists from Mansory installed a wide diffuser, which reduces drag and increases airflow.

There is another element that makes the car impossible to mistake for anything standard, and that is the tuner’s special forged carbon strip, also seen on other Ferrari models. The strip carries the Italian flag and runs across the roof, hood, deck lid, and rear bumpers.

To finish the new body package, a set of new wheels has also been installed. It involves the tuner`s special lightweight forged aluminum VF.5, which provides increased stance and makes the car stand out from the crowd.

Inside, cabin details complement the exterior with carbon fiber, yellow accents, or black Alcantara. Yellow accents sharpen the contrast with the dark theme as well.

The tuner`s tuner is not meant only for the Ferrari 12 Cilindri.  Mansory says the same conversion can also be applied to the Spider. As for this coupe, it is already being offered for sale. That matters because a stock Ferrari 12Cilindri already starts at $474,000, and once customization enters the picture, the price can move well past the half-million-dollar line.
